RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item. Due to the unique, handmade nature of each creation, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please see below for more information regarding exceptions related to damaged or lost items.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged during transit. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of both the item and original packaging.
Approved returns must be postmarked within 14 days of approval. Items must be securely packaged, and in the same condition as received, for repairs to be considered.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us at ImperfectedRoadkill@outlook.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the return address. After approval, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and any correspondence.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered unless an item is confirmed as lost in transit by the postal service and has not been marked as delivered. In such cases, a refund or replacement (if available) may be provided at our discretion.
We do not provide refunds for:
Minor imperfections or natural variations
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Items marked as delivered by postal tracking services
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or commissioned pieces
Sale or discounted items
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Repairs for damaged items are subject to assessment and availability.
